Understand spaces.Activate their potential.

Ze Void combines modular sensing with local processing so that presence, room-condition and other sensor signals can support automation, monitoring and project-specific analysis of energy-related operational data.

How Ze Void activates spaces

  1. Local & data-minimising

Process relevant data as close to the sensor or within the local network as possible.

  2. Modular multisensing

Adapt sensing, interfaces and processing to the space and use case.

  3. Developed for you

We select suitable devices and sensors and tailor the hardware and software to your requirements.

Sensing turns room conditions into useful signals.

Our sensing platforms combine several measurement principles to capture selected physical parameters and room conditions. Suitable sensors, interfaces and local processing paths are assessed separately for each use case.

FuE BSFZ seal marked 2026

Research & development

The BSFZ seal recognises certified research and development within our company. It does not indicate product approval.

R&D stands for research and development: investigating, testing and refining new technical approaches.

The BSFZ seal identifies companies with at least one R&D project that received a positive certificate from the Bescheinigungsstelle Forschungszulage (BSFZ).

We display the seal to make the certified research and development behind our work visible. It provides context for the development work on which our systems are based.

Scope: The seal relates to the certified R&D activity. It is not a product approval, conformity assessment or sales clearance.

Ze FRAME

E-Ink art frame with integrated room sensing

Ze FRAME explores how an E-Ink frame for memories and artwork can be combined with discreetly integrated room sensing. Its current status is an internal prototype.

Sensor set

  • E-Ink display
  • mmWave technology
  • Thermal infrared array
Development statusINTERNAL PROTOTYPEConfirmed 30 August 2026Product & limits (German)

Development status indicates whether work on a system is active or whether it remains an internal prototype; status dated 30 August 2026. Technical maturity separately describes the internally documented engineering state; documentation dated 13 August 2026. Development status does not indicate series production, public ordering, availability, conformity assessment or clearance for a specific use.

01

Define the environment & value

The first conversation clarifies the real context, desired outcome and technical framework.

02

Design sensing & local architecture

We assess measurement principles, interfaces, data paths and feasibility and turn them into a robust concept.

03

Prepare prototype, integration & validation

We support hardware, firmware and system integration as well as preparation for further testing, production and market-entry steps.

Clear limits are part of the system.

The systems shown are not intended as medical devices, diagnostic devices, alarm systems or as the sole basis for emergency, care or safety decisions.

Local-first does not mean cloud-free without exception. External services supplement local processing only where the specific use case requires them.
