Development capabilities
These capabilities are not sold as a fixed package. They are combined according to the environment, product goals and existing development stage.
We assess sensing principles, system architecture and power supply, and identify technical testing and evidence requirements. Regulatory and legal assessments, as well as conformity decisions, remain the responsibility of the relevant economic operator and appropriately qualified bodies.
We consider circuit design, component selection, bring-up and embedded firmware together. This includes radar and presence sensing, thermal measurement and maintainable update paths.
Depending on the project, we assess possible integration paths including Wi-Fi, BLE, Thread, MQTT, Zigbee, Matter, Apple Home/HomeKit and LoRaWAN. Availability, compatibility, licensing and validation are determined separately for the specific configuration. Naming these technologies does not imply certification, partnership or approval by their respective rights holders.
We advise on sensor-based automation in warehousing and logistics environments. This covers capturing relevant conditions, processing them locally and connecting existing systems. Objectives, interfaces and validation are defined for each project.
We can prepare design reviews, test concepts, design-for-manufacture revisions and technical documentation, and support coordination with the intended testing bodies. This does not replace legal advice, testing, certification or regulatory approval.
Process
A project can start with an initial idea, an existing prototype or an already developed system.
You describe the actual environment, intended outcome and current development stage. This helps identify early on which information is still needed for a reliable assessment.
We define requirements, measurement principles, interfaces and data paths, and use them to develop a clear technical approach.
We support preparation for integration, validation, production and conformity processes. Scope, milestones and deliverables are agreed separately for each project.
